whats going on these days...

i got this idea from my girl paige. i always like filling out these fun little survey-type snippets. let me know if you fill this out! :)

obsessing over: my brown boots i just bought a few weeks ago from Ross. i plan my outfits around them, and basically wear them everytime i go out of the house these days. i'm pretty sure josh is sick of them, but he deals ;)

(side note: josh makes me bounce on that red exercise ball to get henry to drop. he'll tell me to go sit on it, and if i'm not bouncing he will come over like he's going to hug me, and then just pushes me down so i bounce haha. what a tease!)

working on: getting ready for henry! i made a set of burp clothes the other day, and i still have a few more things to make before he gets here. the problem is i'm so tired/lazy/whale-like when i get home from work it feels like all i can do is veg in front of the tv!

thinking about: the rice crispy treats i just made that are sitting on the counter. and how even though i just had one, i want to eat about 5 more. it may happen, even though its basically my bedtime right now... ahhh, consequences!

anticipating: so many things. mostly henry (duh), but also christmas, christmas vacation, christmas treats, and oh yeah... henry!

listening to: right now chelsea lately is on. as far as music, the only time i really listen to music anymore is in the car, and i listen to the alternative rock station. my ipod is ghetto and decided it doesn't like working anymore, so that option is out :/

drinking: ice water. thats mostly what i drink these days. i was on a blue gatorade kick for a while, but then when i was sick this past week i barfed and i had been drinking a lot of blue gatorade... and yeah... i'm sort of off that kick now. i do still love me some sprite or berry 7-up though!

wishing: it was christmas vacation already!! oh, and that henry will come soon :) but maybe not tooo soon, since i havent packed a hospital bag yet... maybe i should get around to doing that one of these days!

josh told me i'm really behind in blogging and i need to get to it. i told him i know, but i'm lazy and my life is boring haha. but then i saw this ABC thing, and thought it looked fun. so i stole this from my girl krysten over at after i do. feel free to fill it out too, if you so wish!

Essential start of your day: brush my teeth immediately. apparently a lot of people think that is weird, and only brush their teeth after they eat and stuff? gross...

Gold or silver: silver. i try to wear some gold every once in a while, but silver is my favorite.

Live: glorious utah. in a town founded by polygamists. sometimes we play the game where we guess which houses have polygamists living there. usually they resemble compounds, and have 15-passenger vans in front of them, or like 5+ different cars. its a pretty fun game, you should try it sometime.

What makes you run late: i am a zombie in the morning. it makes simple tasks (like getting out of bed) hard to do. josh walks over and tells me to wake up at least 5 times every morning. what a sweet husband, i'm glad he doesnt just leave me in the morning ;)
X-rays you’ve had done: a bunch. teeth obviously. elbow when i was 12. wait...MRIs count too, right? whaturr... my mom does x-rays but i still dont even understand radiation...haha. dont disown me, mom!

2 weeks without showering, duh. not that far from what i do now...umm...thats a joke?

because: a) i think i am fashionable. it could be some sort of warped inner thought process, but indulge me. and b) i am secretly a hoarder. one time josh texted me and said "did you know you have 17 newspapers still in their bag in the back room? i just found them. and some of the newspapers are wet from getting rained on outside. i'm reporting you to hoarders immediately!"

this is hard. probably best in show. that or baby mama, since i'm pretty sure i could watch those all the time and never get bored with them. although white chicks is always a winner too...hmm...

A- My AIR CONDITIONER is set on: josh deals with all that. usually i go and turn it off because i get too cold haha

B- My BEDROOM theme is: purples and blues, with black furniture, and beige-y lamps

C- The CAR in the driveway is: a black honda crv [don't stalk me!]

D- My DESK looks: the only desk i have is my sewing table, which looks like a craft explosion occured

E- The EXACT time I wake up daily is: 6:11am (mon-thurs). otherwise, anytime i naturally wake up (usually closer to the 11-12:30 range). i dont like setting my alarm on even number

s though. i'm weird.

F- The FIRST thing I wash in the shower is: my luscious locks

G- My GARAGE is filled with: we don't have a garage. we have a storage unit but all that's in there is boxes.

H- My HOME is: a pretty good size but still kind of a rip off. good thing i like it so much ♥

N- My NEIGHBORS think I’m: i wouldnt know, considering we rarely see anyone in our 4-plex. they might think we're shady since we take our time getting in the apt if they're around because we don't want to get jay-z discovered.

R- My favorite ROOM of the house is: probably the living room. i like our comfy couch and our big tv.

T- My largest TELEVISION is: i think it's 47"?

U- UNDER my bed you will find: sometimes a kitty cat. or chapstick that a certain kitty knocks down and plays with.

V- The last time I VACUUMED was: a few weeks ago. i dont usually vacuum. i just have josh do it because he's ocd and vacuums all the time [drop a crumb in my house...you'll see]

W- Looking out my WINDOW I see: a jungle of a garden next door

X- I wish I had X-TRA: closet. or just one nice walk-in closet. i would love that.

Y- My YARD is: cool. there's trees and a lamppost and stuff. we have a balcony thing too but we don't use it because kitty likes to get all up in the curtains so everyone can see him outside. so we pushed the couch up against the curtains so we won't get caught.

Z- ZZZZZZZ My bedtime is: whenever i get around to it. usually 10:30 or 11 on weeknights i think.
