just stumbled upon this, and i love it. this guy is so talented, and he actually does queen justice :) and i'm a huge queen fan, so that says a lot. just watch it, he is awesome!

apparently a lot of people arent particularly fond of beyonce's single Run the World, but i LOVE it. even people who dont love the song as a single can still agree that her music video is amazing. i'm kind of obsessed with it. also, she wears this gold Gareth Pugh dress and shoes in a couple shots and i want them soooo bad!! my ipod doesnt want to cooperate right now. probably because its freakishly old. as in, the first generation mini. yup... so i'm doing this on shuffle in my itunes. here is a picture so you will believe how old school my ipod is:

DAY 19: A PICTURE OF YOU AS A KID

i think i was in the third grade in this picture (circa '96?). i'm on the right, and my friend abby is on the left. i love how i'm wearing a headband, windbreaker, shorts, and some sort of slip-on mary janes with tall white socks. to be honest, i'm surprised i'm not wearing leggings haha. classic. :)

this song. the first time i heard it i didn't like it. then i listened to it a couple times and now i love it. funny how that works out, huh?

speaking of "the best of times, the end of times," after today i only have 9 more days of work left. then i am thrown into the scary unknown of unemployment. i've been applying to various jobs and have a couple of prospects, but nothing planned as of yet. i try not to think about it, because when i do i sort of freak myself out. my last day is september 30, which is quickly approaching. please keep your fingers crossed that: a) i won't freak out and lose my mind; b) someone will want to hire me; and c) we'll still be able to pay all our bills. haha. thanks ♥
