congrats on the publication. loved the article. it's great that the college is trying, but i agree that there's always more we can do!
Nice one Jess...let me just say, boo to BYU. At good 'ol DT we had SO MANY people trying to work up the chain and get plastic recycling in the dorms (you can imagine the amount of plastic in a building with 5 vending machines and 240 freshman). The answer was always no, deal with it, sorry, get over it, take it somewhere yourself. Ouch BYU, that hurts.
But, nonetheless, R Hall did win the campus recycling contest last year. Boo Yah.
I am so happy for you Jess. I agree 100% with everything you said. I was in a club last year that tried to talk to administration about getting plastic recycling. They said it would be too expensive. This is our earth we are talking about here. We only have one! What happened to stewardship? You Rock:)
