tonight i went to zumba with my friend emily. have you heard of zumba? it is INSANE! here's a little video for you to get a sneak peek of it, but it was hardcore!
literally after 5 minutes i was short of breath and my legs were shaking. granted i am SUPER out of shape, since i havent been exercising and for my last month of work w/the forest service i only hiked maybe 3 or 4 times. it was 50 minutes of non stop craziness. at the end all i could say was "holy doodooballs!" it was definitely a fun way to work out, and took me back to my dancing days. i think i want to keep doing it. who's with me? haha
what do you do to keep fit? i dont run unless its a life or death situation, so that's out of the question for me. but what else do you do?
