ive found i like being in charge...

so, im basically the new student boss at work. its not official or anything, but its pretty much the case. only because since one of the other girls left, ive been working at the herbarium the longest. what do i do besides bossing people around? (joke, joke)...

well, i mount and label plant specimens, take huge pictures of plant mounts, make labels, do exchanges and loans to other herbariums across the world, file plants away, etc etc. it sounds boring, and sometimes it is, but its still fun. i also love my boss. he was my teacher for plant classification (PWS 430), and now i am his TA for that class a year later!! its pretty exciting. so i work for him in the herbarium and in his class. its fun. a little intimidating being a TA for a 400-level class, but hopefully it will be ok.

anyways, i have been studying plants since 4PM for my plant id class, and now im sick of plants. ok not really, but all the different grasses are blurred together in my mind and i have a quiz tomorrow. ugh.

ummmm...so i dont really have anything to blog about i guess but i wanted to write something anyways. if any of you got bored or fell asleep on your keyboard while reading this, i truly apologize. ill try to become more snazzy in future posts.
